* DOLLAR INDEX: "The break of 97.55 in the dollar index,
$1.1115 in euro/dollar and 1.3900 in dollar/Swiss suggests that
a stronger dollar rally is likely to develop in the days/weeks.
However, such a move is expected to continue to be a choppy
affair, so allow for relatively large pullbacks. Such a pullback
could be seen today as the failure to see any real
follow-through dollar buying has developed small
reversal/neutral patterns in the daily candle charts."
* DOLLAR/YEN: "The latest breakdown from 119.80 looks
similar to the move from 120.65. As such we expect to see
follow-through selling to new lows below 118.20, but as the
downside maybe limited to near 117.50 before the market rebounds
and moves into a new range."
* EURO/YEN: "We are a little concerned that the break of
132.30 in euro/yen means a deeper correction is going to be seen
in the days ahead, perhaps as low as the long-term trend line
lying around 129.00."

* DOLLAR/SWISS: "The 1.3855/15 support should cap
yesterday"s pullback in dollar/Swiss. The interday/week outlook
is constructive, with gains through the 1.4025/90 range highs
expected to extend the rally to 1.4345 en route to 1.4890."
* EURO/SWISS: "For the euro/Swiss, the subsequent dip below
1.5425 should trigger further declines toward 1.5370 as the pair
moves to test the 1.5275 intermonth range lows."
* DOLLAR INDEX: "The dollar index is constructive with the
breakout through the 97.55 range highs expected to fuel the
rally toward 100.5. 102.15/103.00 and then 106.45 (intermonth
objective)."
