EUROINS Romania is relying on product portfolio diversification for growth
Between the 29th of September and the 3rd of October 2010, sixth edition of the EUROINS Romania National Sales Conference was held in Nessebar, Bulgaria. The event was part of the annual meeting of the EUROINS teams, from Romania, Bulgaria and Macedonia.
The event program included work meetings designed to help the first stages of future company strategies development, as well as team-building components which had a role in increasing the cohesion of sales teams and to streamline internal communication.
"We are all here to enjoy the results obtained after the first nine months of 2010, taking into account that we recorded an increase in all sale segments. Just as well, we are here to be creative and to contribute, with valuable ideas, to future company development. I believe in people and their power to reach their goals, and I consider that the human potential is what gives value to a team", emphasized Iulius Alin BUCSA, General Manager, EUROINS, within the event.
The most valuable employees of the company's sales force from across the country have been rewarded after a recently concluded Sales Contest. In the category of large agencies, Targu Mures Agency 2, Constanta 5 and Timisoara 2, were the ones who occupied the podium. Awards were given to medium and small agencies and to partners with the best performances: POWER Insurance Broker, PREMIUM Bucuresti and FBM Asigurari.
"We are proud that we can talk about a true team at EUROINS, for which we have worked a lot. The working power and loyalty for company values are the prime characteristics that a true member of our team must prove. Through constant evaluations and well build career plans, EUROINS motivates its team to obtain better results, year after year", declared Elena COVRIG, Human Resources Manager, EUROINS.
Many of those rewarded in the Sales Contest belong to Area 2 of the company's activity. Considering this, Mihai FUEREA, Regional Manager of the area, declared:"For me, joining EUROINS was a challenge, one which I think I successfully surpassed. Now we must attend to the more beautiful stages of this business, such as portfolio development and diversification. Personally, I wish for a consistent volume on the property segment in Area 2".
During the National Sales Conference there were also discussions on future development directions. Household insurance and travel insurance are only two of the products on which EUROINS is counting on to significantly increase. Also, a main objective is that of portfolio diversification. It is on this objective that the whole sales team of the company is channeling its energy and efforts.
"Diversification is our main objective. This will help us step by step, to reach our goals. The fact that I am part of the EUROINS team does me great honor, but I also see it as the source for great responsibility. The responsibility of making available the necessary instruments for this dynamic sale force that represents EUROINS", declared Catalin CHIRIAC, Underwriting Director, EUROINS.
And if the work sessions and conferences are meant to reward the teams efforts and to boost the team in reaching higher and higher, then the socializing moments aim for the team's consolidation. Therefore, the company's meeting program this year included various relaxation and socializing moments as well.
