На въпросите и кометарите на Л.Леков, Н.Мартинов отговаря с лекота като не спестява проблемите на капиталовия ни пазар - липсата на клиринг, опции, къси продажби и др. Нещо повече, без отговор остава въпроса защо пенсионните фондове не търгуват на БФБ / интереси, стимули /. Дали за някои от фонд-менажерите това представлява интерес ? Или управлението на БФБ има желание да раздвижи пазара ? Мисля, че една такава форма на разговор е полезна за всеки инвеститор-не се дават готови рецепти, а се провокира към размисъл.
