Meine Entscheidung für die Commerzbank und gegen die Deutsche Bank hat sich bereits nach dem Lesen von wenigen Seiten der Geschäftsberichte aufgedrängt. Die Strategie der Deutschen Bank wird im Geschäftsbericht auf zwei eng beschriebenen Seiten ausgeführt. Die Commerzbank benötigt dafür lediglich sechs Zeilen.

Beide Unternehmen wollen Risiken abbauen und die Kapitalausstattung optimieren. Die Deutsche Bank möchte sich zudem auf die Kunden konzentrieren, bei denen sie ihre Stärken erfolgreich einsetzen kann. Die Commerzbank hingegen möchte die Ertragskraft steigern, indem sie ihr Geschäftsmodell fortlaufend an die Bedürfnisse der Kunden anpasst.

Die Konzentration auf bestimmte Kundengruppen bei der Deutschen Bank mag zwar einleuchtend klingen, dennoch heißt es im Umkehrschluss, dass die Bank wahrscheinlich die Kunden verlieren wird, die nicht mehr zur Zielgruppe gehören. Ganz anders bei der Commerzbank. Die Bank möchte neue Kunden gewinnen, sowohl Privat- als auch Geschäftskunden. Im Jahr 2016 immerhin eine Millionen. Und dafür tut sie einiges: Laut „Focus Money“ bietet die Bank das beste Onlinebanking aller deutschen Filialbanken an und die Zeitschrift „Euro“ verlieh der Bank gar die Auszeichnung „Beste Filialbank“.

Diese starke Fokussierung auf den Kunden empfinde ich persönlich als einen der ganz großen Pluspunkte der Commerzbank. Denn auch im Bankengeschäft gilt: Ohne Kunden, keine Gewinne."

Не бръзам да се - преди щатите да започнат сесията. Ама при тоя минималистически спад в Европа - не очаквам и те да потънат ного... макар - поради по-голямото набалончване там, може да - повече от.
