" KARDAN EXPANDS ITS REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS IN ROMANIA

Amsterdam, 17 February 2005 – Kardan N.V. (Kardan) announces that its real estate subsidiary, Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC Poland), through a Romanian subsidiary, acquired a land plot of 120,000 sq.m. in Bucharest, Romania for a total consideration of EUR 15.5 million.

The land, located in a prime location in the northern part of Bucharest will be developed into a major shopping center, office and residential complex. The planned shopping center will be of the same quality and nature of GTC Poland’s successful shopping centers in Warsaw and Krakow - Galeria Mokotow and Galeria Kazimierz - but will offer more retail space than either projects; it is expected to be one of the largest retail centers in the region. The northern part of Bucharest is predominant residential and is the city’s fastest growing area.

Capitalizing on the improved macro economy of Romania and on the growth in the purchasing power of its citizens, Kardan intends to significantly expand its real estate operations in Romania, focusing on three sectors: Office buildings, Retail centers and Residential developments.

Currently, the real estate activities in Romania are focused on office development. After the successful completion of its first office building, Europe House, which was sold to Europolis 2 years ago, GTC Poland is currently developing its second office building, America House, the largest office development in Romania. The building is situated in the heart of Bucharest’s Piaza Victoria, opposite Romania’s Prime Minister’s house. Its completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2006. Once completed, the building will provide 26,000 sqm of high quality office space.

тряба само да премести офисите си в сградите на АДСИЦА и ще имаш заетост до като можеш да си представиш а бенчмарк само една лоша година и са 2 метра под земята БАК управляват над 70 сгради и апартаменти офиси и тн и с това увеличение ТБИ БАК стават най голямото и богатото и най ликвидното на та борса

Съгласен съм с MIDAS ! Ама много съгласен. Не, че Бенчмарк нямат опит (Справка-отедляното от Елана), но TBI управляват несравнимо по-голямо количество активи. Под тяхната шапка са компании като пенсионните фондове на Доверие, Застрахователната компания - Булстрад. Е какво още като доказателство за техната перспективност?!
