Predlagam darjavata, pravitelstvoto, EU, mejdunarodniyat valuten bord, svetovnata banka i OON da ucheredyat DF (Darjaven fond) da otkupyat vsichki dogovorni i s preizpalnenieto na biudjeta da izplashtat dohodnost ot ne po-malko ot 100%, pri tova osvobodeni ot danaci.

Mejdu drugoto za vseki investitor koito pishe vav foruma moje da se pomisli i za edna premiika za vseki posting. Kakvo shte kajete za oshte 50% premiika ? I drugo tozi fond da doplashta za neprodadeni akcii na nai-dobra cena, kakto i da otkupuva pri spadane. Mislya che tova e dostatachno, no ako na golemite portfelni bogove ne im e dostatachno da predlojat i drugi funkcii.

Lehman Brothers, the fourth-biggest US investment bank, said that it had liquidated three investment funds in its first quarter after “market disruptions”. The value of the assets held by these funds was about $1bn. Lehman said it had also bought some “deteriorated assets” from certain funds for $800m.

Both sets of assets were included in the company’s earnings report on 29 February, and are now managed in its capital markets fixed income business.

Lehman said that the funds were among various private equity or other alternative investment funds with third party investors that were typically organised as limited partnerships, but that it did not include in its results.

It said that typically it could offer support to these funds but was not obliged to do so.
“The funds used the cash received from the company to either redeem investors in the funds or make alternative asset investments,” said the company in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Banks globally have taken at least $232bn in writedowns and losses because of the subprime and credit crises, according to Bloomberg data.

Total losses globally from the crisis could reach $945bn, according to a recent report by the IMF.

Lehman Brothers has written off $3.93bn of credit and loans since the third quarter of 2007, including $1.8bn in the first quarter of this year.

Lehman has been heavily scrutinised because of its exposure to the leveraged-loan markets. Speculation that Lehman could face similar troubles to Bear Stearns led to a sharp drop in its share price. But actions taken by the Federal Reserve to lend directly to investment banks through its discount window have helped to stabilise the market, and Lehman’s share price has since recovered substantially.

It said that the troubled markets in the second half of 2007 and in the first quarter of this year had led to ratings downgrades and declines in the fair value of some assets held by the funds, leading to the liquidations.

Lehman said it had agreed to waive or limit the fees it charged to some funds, although it could recoup the money at a later date.

Един ушат имаше, авдокат ли не знам.
