Свързаха се с мен и са много настоятелни да проведат интервю, но тъй като наскоро започнах работа им отказах. Предложиха да офертирам приятели и познати, но за съжаление никой от тях няма квалификациите и желанието за международна кариера, при положение че са се установили вече в България.

Ето и кратко описание на стажа:

Trainees will have the opportunity to be involved in functions such as:

• Marketing Finance
• Management Accounting
• Audit.

They will be constantly stretched during the programme and they will have the chance to master their technical and management capabilities.

The example projects that they will take part in will include:

• Forecasting, controlling and analysis
• Management reporting
• Financial knowledge
• Audit & control
• Management & Leadership

Management Trainees will be expected to perform expert roles for the first 12 – 18 months before they get promoted to the next level where they will be likely to manage a team. This should also allow them to complete CIMA studies that will open the platform to move on to the next level where they can become Management Accountants, Treasury Managers, Senior Auditors, Marketing Finance Managers, etc.

The aim of the European Management Trainee programme is to give them the opportunity to explore all finance functions within the company and develop talents to become the future managers of BAT.
