I very seldom write any comments here, but this time I found reality so little reflected in previous guests' reports, that I want to add my own version; first of all: the apartment was rented clean; linen and towels are spotless and changed regularly; beds are ok, pillows a little bit hard, but acceptable; waste is removed regularly

There are no signs at all, neither on the house nor on the street, not even all close neighbours know about the house; there is practically no sound insulation between rooms, you can hear every word and everything else too; even worse is the balcony...

I very seldom write any comments here, but this time I found reality so little reflected in previous guests' reports, that I want to add my own version; first of all: the apartment was rented clean; linen and towels are spotless and changed regularly; beds are ok, pillows a little bit hard, but acceptable; waste is removed regularly

There are no signs at all, neither on the house nor on the street, not even all close neighbours know about the house; there is practically no sound insulation between rooms, you can hear every word and everything else too; even worse is the balcony: it is one large hall, divided by self-made, semi-high shelves into "balconies" with little privacy, but multiplying every sound; the house is frequented by many couples and families from southern Europe, so don't expect to find sleep before 1:00/2:00 A.M.; you won't sleep much anyway due to lots of mosquitoes, which keep coming into the apartment, because air gaps on the doors to the balcony are too wide (by the way, mosquitoes are active during day and night and mostly do not respond to repellents like Autan); twice or thrice a week there is enormous noise at 7:00 A.M. from a service car downhill; and at 7:30 the early birds begin with their preparations for breakfast on the balcony; I have never ever been so tired in my entire life than after seven nights in this house; the toilet is inefficient, half the sh... Will remain visible; toilet paper has to be thrown into a bin beside the toilet (quite normal in Corfu), but bin is not tight and will not be cleaned every day; tap water keeps changing from clear (but clean?) to dirty at irregular cycles; shower curtain is ugly and inefficient; wlan is astable, better not rely on it for flight check in etc.; access road is very steep (unsuitable for guests with walking disabilities), lots of pot-holes and loose material, high risk of damaging undercarriage of car; etc. etc. but not more than 300 words are allowed here
