February 22 (Reuters) - CEZP.PR Electricity Supervisory Board CEZP.PR on Thursday approved preliminary sale of the remaining Bulgarian assets, said President Václav Pačes.
According to Czech media, the buyer should be Bulgarian company Innercom. (Full Story)

виждам че са много сериозна фирма от международен план, предполагам че знаят какво правят. Надявам се Енерго Про да спечелят сделката за ЧЕЗ България, но знае ли човек все пак живеем в Бг ... тук не е невъзможно малка фирма с няколко селски парка, работеща предимно на загуба да закупи бизнеса на ЧЕЗ ...

The entrepreneur of the leadership of the Czech energy unit and its Supervisory Board on Monday sent a sharp letter in which he invaded the transparency of the buyer's choice. "The report's conclusions show that the process of asset sales was evidently affected by insufficient informationsupport for tenderers, which made their position more difficult and less likely to get the best possible offer" .

На същата страница през 2016 ТЕЦ Варна се води на 426 МКр=€16,74мил.,а беше продаден за €50 мил.Вярно,че 2015 е бил €33,5мил.,но чехите ще си отстояват интереса.Още повече,че както се вижда от отчета,инвестицията в БГ им носи най-голям дял от приходите.

В БГ по принцип не се съобщава официално сумата платена за ТЕЦ Варна, но в чешките медии сумата е 1,3 милиарда крони или малко над 100 мил. лева.
