Заедно с партньори от Хонг Конг, търсим възможност за реализиране на бъдещ блок бъстър на Балканите и Хонг Конг.
Във филма в главната роля ще вземе участие брата на известен екшън филмов артист и герой, който е взимал участие в култовия филм Бързи и Яростни.
По-долу резюмето, търсим между 5 и 100М. долара, предвиждаме 200% печалба на първото полугодие.

1. Project/film summary detailing
1. Story Line:
Facades is an independent feature film evolving around Liberty York, 25, a successful architect, seemingly leading a perfect life. Receiving great praise from her boss and having her boyfriend Michael propose to her, she should be the happiest person alive. But, she is not. Showing a happy and fulfilled Facade, she is hiding a dark secret that could eventually bring her to her knees. The emotional detachment from her father Charles throughout her entire life has left a lasting scar on Liberty’s soul. In a struggle to find appreciation and to fill this emotional void, she feels the urge to give sexual pleasure to random strangers she meets. Trying to balance her relationship with Michael, work and friends with her addiction to satisfy strangers, things continuously get worse for Liberty and she is sucked into a vicious cycle that will ultimately result in her losing her job and getting raped and robbed. None of her friends and family seem to notice the emotional decay of Liberty as everyone is just putting up a Facade to conform to society. But one day, she is caught in the act by Charles, giving sexual pleasure to her cousin’s boyfriend at Charles’ birthday dinner. Will this sudden and shocking event be enough to crack the Facades of her family?

2. Project Summary including work done to date, film crews/labor identified, etc.
We have completed the script - ready to shoot - and shortlisted key members for the crew, incl: Director of Photography, Production Designer, Post Production Video, Post Production Sound, Music, Sound, Unit Production Manager, First Assistant Director and Equipment Rental Facilities). We also have shortlisted options for each of the main cast members, including reputable talent from Hollywood. The final decision who will come on bord for the project will depend on when the full financing is secured as this will determine our timeline. We have attached one actor who is working both in LA and Singapore to come on board as one of the supporting main cast. We are currently in the process of raising funding for the film and are talking to investors in Asia, North America and Europe. We have also reached out to a couple of distributors who show interest in the picture. We have also secured interest from marketing and PR firm Ogilvy to do the marketing and PR for Facades.

5. Proposed Actors and timeline for obtaining conditional commitments
As mentioned above, the actors depend hugely on the timeline of securing the funding. A complete list of shortlisted actors for the main cast can be sent to you once you signed a mutual non-disclosure agreement, which is attached to this e-mail.

2. Distribution Channels
We are looking at all available distribution channels, including but not limited to theatrical, TV/VOD, airline/cruise/hotel, BlueRay/DVD as well as Online Direct Distribution/Online VOD.

3. Budget
We are proposing a budget of 5 million USD for this project.

4. Revenue Forecast/Proforma including tax credits
Forecasting revenues is always tricky as it will largely depend on what distribution agreements can be achieved. For example a similar film in budget "Requiem of a Dream" (budgeted at 4.5m USD) made a rough 7.5m USD in the box office alone. In Singapore we do not have a tax credit scheme but a grant scheme for which we will apply. This scheme - if granted - will cover 40% of all local (Singapore) spendings. On our 5m dollar budget this could easily be 1m or even more.

Location:
Exclusively shot in Singapore, mostly INT shots, but also a few EXT shots. Most of the locations are set in apartments/houses as well as bars and restaurants.

Loan Request:
We are currently still open to a maximum of 5 million USD, but we would prefer equity over debt.
Current capital contribution towards the project to date:
We have 400k USD committed to a 2 million dollar budget, if we could raise the full 5 million, I am very convinced we would be able to put the 400k into that budget as well - as and if required.
Amount of additional capital contribution if needed:
Up to 5m USD.

Proposed equity offering:
For investment of the full 5m USD, we would offer 60% of passive holding, including an initial recoupment clause.

Term:
Unlimited
Timing to start shooting:
Our shooting will start after 10-12 weeks of preproduction.

Time for pre/post production:
We will go into preproduction within 4-6 weeks upon receiving the full funding for the project. Post production will commence immediately after shooting has finished. We are looking at a 6 weeks shoot on a 5m USD budget, i.e. post production will commence within 6 months after the funds have been received.

Obstacles have you faced thus far in obtaining funding:
None.

None, but in touch with various distributors. Most of them are waiting for either a) the film is fully funded, or b) the film is completely shot.
